Hold the cube with any face toward you
Turn the top layer 90 degrees
Turn the right layer 90 degrees
Turn the top layer back 90 degrees
Turn the right layer back 90 degrees
Repeat the same moves on different layers if you want to scramble it
To return it to solved state, reverse every move you made in reverse order
If you made no moves, the cube is already solved
