Open the Mail app on your iPhone
Tap the compose button
Enter the recipient, subject, and message
Tap in the body of the email
Tap the arrow or photo icon above the keyboard if shown
Select Insert Photo or Video
Choose an image from your Photos library
Tap Choose or Use Photo
Wait for the image to attach
Tap Send
