Open the Photos app
Select the photo you want to convert
Tap the Share button
Scroll down and tap Print
On the Print Options screen, use two fingers to zoom in on the photo preview
Tap the Share button again
Tap Save to Files or another app that supports PDF saving
Choose a folder and tap Save
Open the Files app to find the PDF
