Press and hold the app icon on the Home Screen
Tap Remove App
Tap Delete App
Tap Delete to confirm
Open Settings
Tap General
Tap iPhone Storage
Select the app
Tap Delete App
Tap Delete App again to confirm
Remove the app from App Library if it still appears
Remove any app widgets from the Home Screen
Delete the app from the App Store purchase history if needed by hiding it from your account settings
Sign out of the app account if the app uses one
Restart the iPhone if the app icon still appears after deletion
