Open the Shortcuts app
Tap the plus icon
Tap Add Action
Search for and select the action you want
Tap the arrow next to the shortcut name
Tap Rename to change the shortcut name
Tap Add to Home Screen
Tap the icon to change the shortcut image if desired
Tap Add
Tap Done
