Open the Photos app
Select the video
Tap Share
Choose Save to Files or use a compression app
Install a video compressor app from the App Store
Open the app and import the video
Select a lower resolution or bitrate
Start the compression process
Save the compressed video to Photos or Files
Use iMovie to trim the video before exporting
Send the video through Mail or Messages to reduce file size
Use AirDrop only after compressing if needed
