How To Sprout Mung Beans?

Rinse the mung beans thoroughly

Remove any damaged beans or debris

Soak the beans in plenty of clean water for 8 to 12 hours

Drain the soaking water completely

Rinse the beans again

Place the beans in a sprouting jar, bowl, or cloth-lined container

Keep the beans moist, not submerged

Cover the container loosely to allow airflow

Store in a warm, dark place

Rinse and drain the beans 2 to 3 times a day

Continue until sprouts reach the desired length, usually 2 to 5 days

Rinse one final time before using

Refrigerate the sprouts if not using immediately
