Store unwashed cherry tomatoes at room temperature
Keep them out of direct sunlight
Place them stem-side up if possible
Use a single layer to avoid bruising
Store them in a breathable container or bowl
Do not refrigerate unless they are fully ripe and you need to slow spoilage
If refrigerating, place them in a paper towel-lined container
Keep them away from moisture
Check regularly and remove any spoiled tomatoes
Wash only before eating or using them
