How to Store Coriander Leaves in Fridge?

Sort the coriander leaves and remove any yellow, wilted, or damaged stems

Do not wash them until you are ready to store, if possible

If washed, dry them completely with a clean kitchen towel or paper towel

Trim the stem ends slightly

Wrap the leaves loosely in a dry paper towel

Place the wrapped coriander in a zip-lock bag or airtight container

Leave a little air space in the bag or container

Store it in the vegetable crisper drawer of the fridge

Replace the paper towel if it becomes damp

Use within 5 to 7 days for best freshness

For longer storage, chop and freeze the leaves in an ice cube tray with a little water or oil
