Pat the seeds dry with a paper towel if they are wet
Place the seeds in an airtight container
Store the container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days
For longer storage, spread the seeds in a single layer on a tray and freeze them
Once frozen, transfer the seeds to a freezer-safe bag or container
Label the container with the date
Use frozen seeds within 6 to 12 months
Keep the container sealed tightly to prevent moisture and odors from affecting the seeds
