Open the Settings app on your iPhone
Tap Contacts
Tap Accounts
Tap Add Account
Tap Google
Sign in with your Gmail account
Turn on Contacts
Tap Save
Open the Contacts app to confirm the sync
If needed, go to Settings
Tap Contacts
Tap Default Account
Select Gmail if you want new contacts saved there
