Press PrtScn to capture the entire screen
Press Alt + PrtScn to capture the active window
Press Windows + PrtScn to capture the entire screen and save it automatically
Press Windows + Shift + S to open Snipping Tool capture options
Open Snipping Tool or Snip & Sketch from the Start menu and select a capture mode
Use Fn + PrtScn if the PrtScn key requires the Fn key on your Dell laptop
Paste the screenshot into Paint, Word, or another app with Ctrl + V if needed
