Dilute 1–2 tablespoons in a large glass of water
Drink it with or after a meal
Start with 1 teaspoon if you are new to it
Limit intake to 1–2 times per day
Use a straw to reduce contact with teeth
Rinse your mouth with plain water afterward
Avoid taking it undiluted
Stop if it causes stomach irritation or nausea
Check with a doctor if you are pregnant, have diabetes, or take medications
