Wash and dry your hands
Look up and pull down your lower eyelid with one finger
Use your other hand to gently slide the lens down to the white part of your eye
Pinch the lens gently between your thumb and index finger
Remove the lens from your eye
Repeat for the other eye
If the lens feels stuck, use sterile contact lens rewetting drops and try again gently
If you cannot remove the lens, stop and contact an eye care professional
