Create a bootable USB with the memory test tool
Restart the computer and boot from the USB
Run the full memory test
Let the test complete multiple passes
Check for any reported errors
Test each RAM stick individually
Test each RAM slot separately
Reseat the memory modules
Clean the RAM contacts if needed
Compare results with known-good memory
Replace faulty RAM if errors persist
