Locate the RAM slots on the motherboard
Release the clips on the existing RAM slots

Insert the RAM firmly until the clips lock into place
Install matching modules in the correct slots for dual-channel operation if applicable
Close the case
Reconnect all cables
Power on the PC
Check BIOS or system settings to confirm the new RAM is detected
Verify the installed memory in the operating system
Run a memory test if needed to confirm stability
