Wrap the rope around the anchor point
Bring the working end back alongside the standing part
Make two turns around the standing part inside the loop
Pass the working end around the standing part again on the outside of the two turns
Pull the knot tight
Slide the knot to adjust tension
Dress the knot neatly so the coils sit snugly together
