Turn the dial clockwise several full turns to clear the lock
Stop at the first number of the combination
Turn the dial counterclockwise past the first number once, then stop at the second number
Turn the dial clockwise directly to the third number
Pull up on the shackle or open the lock
If the lock has a different sequence, follow the manufacturer’s instructions
If the combination is unknown, contact the manufacturer or a locksmith
