Wash your hands
Shake the bottle if directed on the label
Blow your nose gently before use
Keep your head upright or slightly tilted forward
Insert the nozzle into one nostril
Aim the spray slightly outward, away from the center of the nose
Press the spray pump while breathing in gently through your nose
Repeat in the other nostril if needed
Avoid sniffing hard after spraying
Wipe the nozzle clean after use
Replace the cap after use
Use only as directed on the product label or by your healthcare provider
Do not share the spray bottle with others
Stop use and seek medical advice if irritation, bleeding, or symptoms worsen
