Open the Instagram app on your Android phone
Log in to your account if needed
Tap the Messenger icon in the top right corner
Open the chat with the person you want to video chat with
Tap the video camera icon at the top of the chat
Wait for the other person to answer
To switch from voice to video during a call, tap the video icon if available
To end the video chat, tap the red hang-up button
