Open the Files app
Tap Browse
Tap Downloads under Locations or Favorites
If you do not see Downloads, check On My iPad or iCloud Drive
Open Safari
Tap the Downloads icon in the address bar or top right
Tap the downloaded file to open it
Check the app where the file was downloaded if it is not in Files
Use the search bar in Files to find the file name
Sort or browse Recent files in Files
