Open the Instagram app
Go to your profile
Tap the menu icon in the top right
Tap Insights
If you do not see Insights, switch to a professional account
To view insights for a post, open the post and tap View Insights
To view insights for a story, open the story and swipe up
To view insights for a reel, open the reel and tap View Insights
To view insights for a live video, go to your archived live and check insights there
