Let the pan cool slightly before washing
Rinse with hot water
Scrub with a stiff brush or non-abrasive sponge
Use a small amount of mild soap if needed
Remove stuck-on food with coarse salt and a little water
Rinse thoroughly
Dry immediately with a towel
Heat on the stove briefly to remove remaining moisture
Apply a thin layer of oil after drying
Store in a dry place
