Visit your bank or use your bank’s online/mobile wire transfer feature
Select “Send wire” or “International wire” as applicable
Enter beneficiary information exactly as provided (including spelling, punctuation, and account numbers)
Enter transfer details (amount, currency, transfer purpose/reference if requested, payment method)
Review fees and exchange rates (if applicable)
Choose the fee responsibility (shared/SHA, sender, or beneficiary) if the bank offers options
Provide any required supporting information (e.g., invoices, contract references, compliance fields)
Schedule the transfer date/time (immediate or future date) if offered
Review the final wire confirmation details (beneficiary, bank identifiers, amount, fees)
Submit the wire transfer
Save the wire confirmation/receipt and reference number
Track status using your bank’s confirmation and ask the bank for an update if needed
If the wire is international, confirm whether the bank requires intermediary bank details and include them if provided by the recipient/bank
