Fill the water reservoir with fresh water
Place a coffee filter in the basket
Add ground coffee to the filter
Close the brew basket
Place the carafe on the warming plate
Plug in the machine
Press the brew button or switch
Wait for brewing to finish
Remove the carafe carefully
Turn off the machine when done
Discard the used filter and grounds
Clean the carafe and brew basket after use
