Open the Settings app on your Apple Watch
Tap Accessibility
Tap Zoom
Turn Zoom off
To zoom out while Zoom is on, double-tap the screen with two fingers
To move around the zoomed screen, drag with two fingers
To adjust zoom level, use the Digital Crown while Zoom is active
