Unplug the fan and let it cool completely
Remove the front grille or cover if your model allows it
Wipe the exterior with a dry or slightly damp microfiber cloth
Use a soft brush or vacuum with a brush attachment to remove dust from the grille, blades, and vents
Clean the blades with a cloth lightly dampened with mild soap and water
Avoid getting water into the motor or control panel
Dry all parts completely before reassembling
Reattach the grille or cover securely
Plug the fan back in and test it
Clean regularly to prevent dust buildup
