Thin corn tortillas or masa dough
Cut into small rolled or folded snack shapes
Deep-fry until crisp
Drain and cool completely
Mix chili powder, cayenne, salt, lime powder, garlic powder, and paprika
Add citric acid or lime seasoning for tang
Toss the fried snacks with melted oil or a light coating of seasoning binder
Coat evenly with the spice mixture
Shake off excess seasoning
Store in an airtight container
