Swipe down from the top of the screen
Tap Settings
Tap Device Options
Tap Reset to Factory Defaults
Confirm the reset
If the screen is unresponsive, press and hold the Mute and Volume Down buttons for about 15 seconds
Wait for the device to restart and complete the reset
If your Echo Show has a power button and volume buttons, press and hold the Mute and Volume Down buttons until the Amazon logo appears
Follow the on-screen reset prompts if they appear
