Press and hold the Power button and Volume Down button together until the power menu appears
Tap Restart
If prompted, tap Restart again to confirm
If the screen is frozen, press and hold the Power button and Volume Down button for about 10 to 15 seconds until the phone restarts
On some Samsung models, press and hold the Side button and Volume Down button together until the power menu appears
If your phone has a Bixby button, press and hold the Power button or Side button as needed for your model until the power menu appears, then tap Restart
