Sign in with the Samsung account linked to the phone
Select your Samsung phone from the device list
View the phone’s location on the map
Use Ring to make the phone ring
Use Lock to secure the phone remotely
Use Track location to update the phone’s position
Use Erase data if the phone cannot be recovered
Open Google Find My Device: https://www.google.com/android/find
Sign in with the Google account on the phone
Select the Samsung phone from the list
View the phone’s location on the map
Use Play sound to ring the phone
Use Secure device to lock it
Use Erase device if needed
Check Samsung SmartThings Find if available
Make sure Location is turned on
Make sure the phone is connected to the internet
Make sure Remote controls is enabled on the phone
Contact your carrier if the phone is lost or stolen
Report the phone to local authorities if necessary
