Use Samsung Account recovery to reset the password first
Go to the Samsung Account sign-in page
Select Forgot password
Enter your Samsung account email address or phone number
Verify your identity using the recovery method
Create a new password
Sign in with the new password
Open Samsung Account settings
Go to Privacy or Account management
Select Delete account
Confirm the deletion request
If you cannot access recovery options, contact Samsung Support
Provide proof of ownership if requested
Ask support to help remove the account from the device
Remove the account from all linked Samsung devices after deletion
Back up important data before deleting the account
