Turn on the TV
Insert fresh batteries into the Comcast remote
Press and hold the Setup button until the LED changes from red to green
Press the TV button
Enter the TV brand code using the number buttons
If the LED blinks twice, the code was accepted
Point the remote at the TV and press Power
If the TV turns off, press Setup to lock in the code
If the TV does not turn off, repeat with another TV code
If your remote has no Setup button, press and hold Xfinity and Mute until the LED changes color
Use the Comcast remote code lookup if needed for your TV brand
