Locate the reset button on the back or bottom of the Comcast router
Keep the router powered on
Use a paperclip or pin to press and hold the reset button for 10 to 30 seconds
Release the button when the lights begin to blink or the router restarts
Wait for the router to fully reboot
Reconnect to the default Wi-Fi network using the information on the router label
Log in to the router settings if needed and reconfigure your Wi-Fi name and password
If the router does not reset, unplug it for 30 seconds and try again
