Turn off the printer
Unplug the power cord
Open the printer access doors
Remove loose paper from the input and output trays
Gently pull the jammed paper in the direction of the paper path
Remove torn pieces of paper
Check the rollers and paper path for remaining scraps
Close all access doors
Reload paper correctly
Plug the printer back in
Turn the printer on
Run a test print
