Upload the required KYC documents such as Aadhaar, PAN, or other valid ID and address proof
Complete the OTP verification if required
Select your preferred SIM delivery or pickup option
Make the payment if applicable
Wait for confirmation from BSNL
Receive the SIM through doorstep delivery or collect it from the selected BSNL outlet
Complete eKYC or physical verification if required
Insert the SIM in your phone and activate it as instructed by BSNL
