Connect the iPhone to the computer with a USB cable

Open DCIM
Copy the photo folders to the computer
Use iCloud Photos on the computer
Turn on iCloud Photos on the iPhone
Download photos from iCloud.com on the computer
Use AirDrop on Mac
Select photos on the iPhone
Tap Share
Tap AirDrop
Select the Mac
Save the received photos on the Mac
Use the Windows Photos app
Click Import
Select From a USB device
Choose the photos to save
Click Import
Use the Image Capture app on Mac
Select the iPhone
Choose a save location
Click Download
Use third-party cloud storage apps
Upload photos from the iPhone
Download them on the computer
