Open Instagram
Go to your profile
Tap the menu icon
Open Settings and privacy
Tap Data usage and media quality
Tap Clear search history
On iPhone, delete and reinstall the app to clear cache
On Android, go to Settings
Tap Apps
Tap Instagram
Tap Storage
Tap Clear cache
If needed, tap Clear data
Reopen Instagram and sign in again
