Open the Facebook app
Go to the post you want to share
Tap the Share button
Copy the post link if needed
Open the Instagram app
Paste the Facebook post link into your Instagram Story, bio, or DM
If sharing to a Story, add the link sticker or text
If sharing to a Feed post, save the content and upload it manually
Make sure your Facebook and Instagram accounts are connected in Accounts Center
Use the Instagram app’s sharing options if the post is eligible for cross-posting
