Turn off the Xbox One
Unplug the power cord from the console
Wait at least 30 seconds
Press and hold the power button on the console for 10 seconds
Plug the power cord back in
Turn the console back on
To clear Blu-ray cache, go to Settings
Select Disc & Blu-ray
Select Persistent storage
Select Clear persistent storage
Repeat if needed
To clear alternate MAC address, go to Settings
Select Network
Select Network settings
Select Advanced settings
Select Alternate MAC address
Select Clear
Restart the console
