Open the PDF in a PDF reader that supports booklet printing
Go to File > Print
Select the correct printer
Choose Booklet or Booklet Printing in the print settings
Set the booklet subset to Both Sides, Front Side Only, or Back Side Only if needed
Choose the binding direction, usually Left
Set paper size to match the final folded booklet size
Enable duplex printing if your printer supports it
Check page orientation and scaling options
Print a test copy first
Print the document
Fold the printed pages in half and staple or bind the center
If booklet printing is not available, use a PDF editor or printer driver that supports imposition
If needed, rearrange pages into booklet order before printing
Use a larger paper size if the booklet is being printed as spreads on one sheet
Verify page count is divisible by 4, or add blank pages if necessary
