Open the Ring app and select your camera
Tap Device Settings
Tap General Settings
Tap Remove Device if you want to fully reset it from your account
For a hard reset, locate the setup button on the camera
Press and hold the setup button for about 10 to 20 seconds
Wait for the light to flash or the device to announce it is resetting
Release the button once the reset starts
Wait for the camera to restart
Set up the camera again in the Ring app
Reconnect it to Wi-Fi during setup
