Select the clip in the timeline
Open the Effect Controls panel
Expand the Motion section
Adjust the Scale value to zoom in
Adjust the Position value to reframe the shot
Use keyframes on Scale and Position for animated zooms
Use the Crop effect if you want to zoom a specific area
Use the Program Monitor zoom dropdown to zoom the preview view
Use the mouse wheel or plus and minus keys in the timeline panel to zoom the timeline view
