How to Make Roasted Cauliflower?

Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C)

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper

Wash and dry the cauliflower

Remove the leaves and core

Cut the cauliflower into florets

Place the florets in a large bowl

Add olive oil

Add salt

Add black pepper

Add garlic powder or other desired seasonings

Toss until evenly coated

Spread the cauliflower in a single layer on the baking sheet

Roast for 20 to 30 minutes

Flip the florets halfway through roasting

Roast until golden brown and tender

Serve immediately
