Open PowerPoint
Go to the Design tab
Click Slide Size
Select Custom Slide Size
Change the orientation to Portrait
Set the width and height as needed
Click OK
Choose Maximize or Ensure Fit if prompted
Add your content to the slide
Save the presentation
