2 pounds chicken tenders
2 cups buttermilk
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon paprika
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
Vegetable oil for frying
Marinate chicken in buttermilk, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika for at least 1 hour
Mix flour, salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika, and cayenne pepper in a bowl
Heat oil to 350°F
Dredge chicken in the flour mixture
Fry chicken in batches until golden brown and cooked through
Drain on a wire rack or paper towels
Serve hot with dipping sauce
