Plug in the printer and turn it on
Load paper into the input tray
Install the ink or toner cartridge if needed
Connect the printer to your computer or network
Open the document or file you want to print
Select Print from the application menu
Choose the correct printer
Set print options such as pages, copies, and color
Click Print
Collect the printed pages from the output tray
Check for any paper jams or error messages
Replace ink, toner, or paper when needed
Turn off the printer when finished if required
