Turn off the PS4 completely
Press and hold the power button until you hear two beeps
Connect the DualShock 4 controller with a USB cable
Press the PS button on the controller
Select Safe Mode option 5: Rebuild Database
Wait for the process to complete
Let the PS4 restart automatically
