Back up your files to an external drive or cloud storage
Plug in the charger
Turn off the laptop
Turn it on and press Alt + F10 repeatedly when the Acer logo appears
If prompted, enter the recovery password or choose the recovery option
Select Troubleshoot
Select Reset this PC
Choose Remove everything
Choose Local reinstall or Cloud download
Follow the on-screen instructions
Wait for the reset to complete
Set up Windows after the laptop restarts
If Alt + F10 does not work, open Settings
Select System
Select Recovery
Select Reset PC
Choose Remove everything
Follow the on-screen instructions
If Windows will not start, power on and force shutdown during boot three times
Select Advanced options
Select Troubleshoot
Select Reset this PC
