Check the Archive section in Instagram
Open your profile
Tap the menu icon
Select Your activity
Tap Recently deleted
Restore posts within the available recovery period
Check your phone gallery or camera roll for saved copies
Check cloud backups such as Google Photos or iCloud
Ask the original poster to resend the post
Search cached versions through search engines if the post was public
Check screenshots or screen recordings you may have saved
